TAXES: The Seller will pay 2018 Real Estate Taxes due and payable in 2019 with Buyer's tax obligation beginning with the installment due and payable in May 2020 and all subsequent taxes and assessments.

POSSESSION: Purchaser's Possession will be delivered upon day of final closing.

CLOSING REQUIREMENTS: Closing of this Real Estate shall occur on or before August 20th, 2019 with Title Company Closing Fee and Survey cost to be shared equally between the Buyer and Seller.
